The Amateur's Kitchen - The CHE Sandwich

   Breakfast, breakfast! (Oh wait, brunch na pala! Uh oh!)

   CHE (Cheese, Ham and Egg) Sandwich


    2 Ham Slices
    olive oil
    dried basil
    salt n' pepper
    cheddar cheese
    scrambled eggs
    mayonnaise

    Lay ham slices on tray, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle dried basil, salt and pepper on top. Heat on oven toaster for 5 minutes. Set aside. On the same pan, toast bread with cheddar cheese slices on top. Heat on oven toaster til cheese melts. Take toasts out, layer eggs, mayonnaise and ham on top, then continue toasting. Stack up and serve.
