The Amateur's Kitchen - Microwaved Buttered Fish Fillets

     Just another ordinary weekend, will visit Rosa again later with the other friends though.

     Heat's up today and everyone's lazy... here's a fast-cooking meal that will do the trick. =)


   Microwaved Buttered Fish Fillet


    Filleted White Lapu-Lapu
            (I used this since it doesn't need long cooking time and this literally melts in your mouth!)
    Melted Butter
    Crushed garlic
    Dried Tarragon
    Dried Basil
    Pepper
    Lemon or Calamansi Juice
    Sliced Fresh Tomatoes


    Heat butter on sauce pan. Cook garlic, add dried Tarragon, Basil Pepper and Calamansi Juice and simmer.
    Arrange filleted fish on a shallow microwaveable pan and coat with the butter sauce. Set microwave on medium high and cook fish for 5 minutes.
    Garnish with sliced tomatoes and serve.
