Project: Eat.
Warning: This is a very, very sinful recipe. :p
Mommy's out of town. And when mommy's out, this calls for a little cooking responsibility. Woke up early and found leftover rice and Adobo from last night swimming in its sinful, fatty, high-bloody oil (drooolll!). Breakfast cooking on the go!
Garlic Adobo-Tocino Rice
Adobo leftover
Steamed Rice leftover
Half a bulb of garlic
Garlic Powder, Salt n' Pepper
Tocino drippings
I cooked tocino next. Looking at the caramelized tocino drippings after, I was tempted to scoop three laddlefuls of the Adobo Rice and spread them on the drippings.

Adobo meats were flaked, its fats were minced. I toasted the pork fat first on the Adobo's oil drippings on low heat. Garlic cloves were minced and browned with the fat. Meats and steamed rice were then added. This was seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
